Swietelsky External Contracts Training Supervisor | Guide Bridge

Due to an exciting period of growth, Swietelsky UK are looking to recruit an External Contracts Training Supervisor to provide dedicated production, delivery and assessment of training for external contracts predominantly, with ad-hoc OTM plant Division requirements.

The successful candidate will have an aptitude and ability to produce, deliver and Review new and current training literature, course Content and notes, alongside an excellent knowledge of driving and operatiing OTM fleet.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of plant equipment and maintenance systems and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Rules and Regulations, HSW and other appropriate statutory regulations.
  • Experience of driving and operating OTM
  • Good knowledge of competency standards for applicable ROGS (The Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006) .
  • Good knowledge of Permanent Way Rules and Regulations, procedures and track safety rules.
  • Knowledge of required machine outputs in relation to track quality.
