Apprentice Engineer – Manchester and Glasgow | Manchester, Glasgow

Early 2017 SB Rail will be looking for Apprentice Engineers for our Manchester and Glasgow Depots, ready to join the Teams in September 2017.

THE ROLE:

We have 2 fantastic opportunities for Apprentices, 1 based at Manchester and 1 based at Glasgow – although a big chunk of your first year will be spent studying full time at a Training facility of our choice.

We are interested in candidates who will be aged 16 and over and who are contemplating following a vocational route in Engineering in September 2017.

The apprenticeship will last a period of 4 years and will involve both practical on-site Training and formal further education apprenticeship qualifications.  Applicants must have 5 GCSE’s grade C or above which must include Maths and English and preferably a Science subject.
