SB Rail announces ISO 55001 Asset Management continued registration

5th October 2020

In October 2017, SB Rail were awarded registration to the ISO 55001 Asset Management standard, since then Asset Management has been the driving force behind our goal to be the industry leading and most reliable supplier and operator of on-track machines across the UK rail Network.

The registration lasted for 3 years with regular surveillance audits completed by BSI.

In August 2020 SB Rails Asset Management system was audited by BSI to assess our suitability for continued registration to ISO 55001.

We are delighted to announce SB Rail’s registration has been extended for another 3 years, we are still the only UK supplier of On Track Machines who are accredited to the ISO 55001 Asset Management standard in relation to the governance of on track machinery.

We would like to thank all staff who have embraced the Asset Management philosophy, as we often say Asset Management is what we do day in day out.
