SB Rail commences piling on Walsall to Rugeley Electrification

Working on behalf of ABC Electrification, the site setup is allowing SB Rail’s EPT to move from stabling point directly into possession to reduce setup times and increase pile loading possibilities.

The efficiency of the EPT equipment was again proven when the SB Rail/ABC team installed 72 piles of varying lengths (3.5 to 7.5 metres) during a 54 hour possession.
